Pam is a Tax Manager at Federman, Lally & Remis.
Originally from the fields of administration and education, Pam
has over 15 years experience working in the areas of taxation,
accounting, and business planning for closely held businesses.
Her doctoral dissertation explored the concept of leadership in
the context of family businesses.

Pam’s practice focuses on real estate, manufacturing, service
businesses, and taxation of high net worth individuals. She also
consults on succession and other matters relating to family businesses.

Community Service
Pam is a member of the Economic Development Commission for the
Town of Burlington, CT, on the Committee for the Plan of Conservation and Development for the Town of Burlington, CT, and a volunteer for the Burlington Lions
Club.
Professionally, Pam is a member of the CSCPA Federal Income Tax
Committee Chairperson of the 2007 and 2008 Federal Income Tax Forums. Pam is also a member of the CSCPA Educators Committee, speaks to area high school students regarding the accounting
profession and has contributed to the CSCPA magazine, Connecticut
CPA.
Pam is an adjunct professor of accounting for University of Hartford, Tunxis Community College, Bay Path College, and Southern Connecticut State University. In addition, she has developed and presented seminars on succession planning for CPA firms.
